HousingVic Online Services is a secure online platform allowing Victorian renters and social housing applicants to view and manage their housing information through myGov.
The secure online platform allows renters to:
- make a rental payment
- request a statement
- update household income
- request maintenance
- update details
- receive digital mail
- apply for housing
- apply for a RentAssist bond loan.
The platform meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 to AA level, according to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
