Compliance and Investigation refers to the monitoring of compliance with policies, directions, regulation and legislation, including investigation of fraud.


An objective for this space will be finalised through the iterative development of the Australian Government Architecture.

The following designs include examples of how digital solutions in this capability can be delivered.
Program to enable to use data to better identify and segment businesses interacting with government, and scale the platform to support more timely and efficient government service delivery for business.
Program to improve capabilities to detect, respond to and substantially reduce non-compliant claims and payments within the NDIS. The program seeks to connect the NDIS administration systems to other whole of government systems to reduce waste and cost.
