What are Entitlements?

Entitlements refers to a set of systems and processes that evaluate and determine eligibility and entitlements for government services according to the specific circumstances of an individual or business.

Objectives

To centralise all entitlements management processes into a single, digital platform to increase efficiency and reduce complexity for government service delivery.
