About the standard

The Digital service standard sets the requirements for designing and delivering digital government services.

It guides digital teams to create and maintain digital services that are:

  • user-friendly
  • inclusive
  • adaptable
  • measurable.

Applicability

Investments that are subject to the Investment oversight framework (IOF) and all existing services must meet this standard. Check the Digital experience policy for details and exemptions.

myGov is a contemporary digital platform available via a native app and web portal. myGov is delivered through a modern and adaptable digital platform that is responsive to the changing needs of its users and Government delivering a flexible, scalable, digital solution.
The myGov authentication pattern allows individuals to safely sign in to various government services using their myGov credentials.
