Digital service standard v2.0 guides and tools

The Digital service standard v2.0 was launched on 4 December 2023 and sets requirements on agencies for designing and delivering digital government services. Agencies going through the Digital Capability Assessment Process (DCAP) are required to meet Version 2.0 of the Standard.

Digital service standard guides and tools provides advice on how agencies can work towards implementing and achieving the DSS outcomes.
