Standards

The following standards support development of digital solutions in this capability.
The Australian Government investigations standard (AGIS) establishes a standard for Australian Government entities conducting administrative, civil, or criminal (type) investigations. Where AGIS is in conflict with any applicable law, the legislative requirement will prevail.

Lead Agency: Department of Social Services

The Crack down on fraud is a program that focusses on strengthening the NDIS systems and improving their processes in order to improve capabilities to detect, prevent, respond to and substantially reduce non-compliant claims and payments within the NDIS.
