HousingVic Online Services is a secure online platform allowing Victorian renters and social housing applicants to view and manage their housing information through myGov.

The secure online platform allows renters to:

  • make a rental payment
  • request a statement
  • update household income
  • request maintenance 
  • update details
  • receive digital mail
  • apply for housing
  • apply for a RentAssist bond loan.

The platform meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 to AA level, according to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
