Express Plus Medicare mobile app

The Express Plus Medicare app is a mobile app that lets users manage their Medicare information from their mobile devices, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

To use the app, a user must have: 

  • their own account for security reasons  
  • a myGov account linked to their Centrelink online account. 

The app collects and shares information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 
 

Users of app can:

  • check and update personal details
  • access their digital Medicare card
  • check their eligibility and entitlements
  • manage appointments 
  • report changes in personal circumstances.

The app is WCAG compliant and offers several reusable design elements, including:

  • an easy-to-use platform 
  • various accessibility functionalities
  • simple navigation.
