MyService provides veterans and their families with a way to connect with and get support from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) online. Accessed through MyGov, people can use MyService to: 

  • submit claims and view their progress
  • upload information to support claims
  • apply for DVA-funded mental health treatment and other benefits
  • view their Veteran Card online and see accepted conditions
  • book transport and claim transport costs
  • download official letters for tax or concession purposes
  • update their personal details.
