Collaboration and Sharing policy (position)

This policy describes the requirements for entities investing in collaboration and sharing solutions. It supports the adoption of common systems and processes across government, allowing staff to effectively share information and collaborate on work tasks. 

Applicability

Commonwealth entities are encouraged to apply this policy to investments in new and existing collaboration solutions.

Policy requirements

  • Ensure that internal collaboration systems are designed to support interagency collaboration and sharing for classifications up to PROTECTED.
